About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will focus on assigned school projects, develop training and support materials, and coordinate and lead training sessions for staff, including teachers, tech coaches, and curriculum coordinators, throughout targeted schools.
Additionally, you will serve as the Edpuzzle representative at both online and in-person events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-5 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Coach, Tech Coach, District Support or Administrator.
You must be based in one of the following states: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or New York.
Proven experience creating and leading school professional development sessions at scale, as well as creating video tutorials and engaging content for teachers.
Available to travel up to 50% of the time primarily within NY, NJ, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT.
Experience delivering training for large school districts.
Proficiency using Edpuzzle or any other LMS.
Experience training colleagues in the use of edtech tools.
Experience working remotely.
Persistence and positivity in the face of adversity.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

💰 Competitive salary at $60,000 - $75,000. Compensation for this role will vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and skill set. In addition, this position is eligible for up to $10,000 in incentive compensation under an On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure.
