About the role
- Monitor the "Actions" page in Seller Central and address all outstanding items
- Manage messages in the buyer inbox
- Daily monitoring of Account Health across all marketplaces
- Troubleshoot listing errors and resolve listing issues
- Manage the info@ email inbox
- Create replenishment orders and prepare orders for new product launches
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory data
- Collect all invoices and upload them to the tax advisor's and accounting portals
- Download and archive Amazon Summary Reports and VAT Transaction Reports
- Prepare seasonal bulk orders
- Ensure all ASINs are correctly listed
- Perform periodic compliance checks according to Amazon and EU requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (required)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data hygiene)
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and high quality standards
- Independent, proactive work style
