• Monitor the "Actions" page in Seller Central and address all outstanding items
• Manage messages in the buyer inbox
• Daily monitoring of Account Health across all marketplaces
• Troubleshoot listing errors and resolve listing issues
• Manage the info@ email inbox
• Create replenishment orders and prepare orders for new product launches
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory data
• Collect all invoices and upload them to the tax advisor's and accounting portals
• Download and archive Amazon Summary Reports and VAT Transaction Reports
• Prepare seasonal bulk orders
• Ensure all ASINs are correctly listed
• Perform periodic compliance checks according to Amazon and EU requirements
