Maintenance Engineer

Manager

• Work directly with Business Development HQ and local Operation and Finance Managers (expat teams)
• Direct accountability for local retail staff and agents and manage local business divisions (HR, Retail, Accounting, Marketing, IT)
• Support expansion of Online operations
• Field work and visits to local retail stores and agents
• Review and analyse sales statistics and provide direction to increase sales
• Monitor agents' sales patterns and develop Performance-Related Pay Models
• Ensure local accounting makes accurate and timely sales and cash collections
• Conduct field analysis and map territories to expand network via agents, retail stores or franchise agreements
• Ensure company standards across Retail, Marketing and Customer Service
• Safely organise payments for winnings including large lottery payments
• Prepare OPEX and investment budget projections and detailed cash flow analysis with P&L responsibility
• Assist Operation Manager in proposing and organising marketing campaigns and arrange campaigns for Lottery Winners
• Conduct market studies, collect customer feedback and report findings to Product and Marketing teams
• Produce quarterly competitor reviews on product, pricing and marketing actions
• Source and negotiate commercial licensing, distribution and supply agreements and review contracts
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and assist with documentation for tax office and Gaming Board
• Hire and train local business divisions and recruit/retain agents (typically 200-400 agents)
• Tailor and deliver training on products, cross-selling techniques and ticket printing machines; mentor local retail managers

Commercial Manager

• Work directly with Business Development HQ and local Operation and Finance Manager expat teams
• Direct accountability for local retail staff and agents and manage local business divisions (HR, Retail, Accounting, Marketing, IT)

• Field work and visits to local retail stores and agents; rotation between countries during training
• Review and analyse sales statistics and provide direction to increase sales
• Monitor agents' sales patterns and develop Performance-Related Pay Models
• Ensure local accounting processes sales and cash collections accurately and on time
• Conduct field analysis, map territories and expand network through agents, retail setup or franchise agreements
• Ensure company standards across Retail, Marketing and Customer Service
• Safely organise payments for winnings, especially large lottery payments
• Prepare OPEX and investment budget projections and detailed cash flow analysis; P&L responsibility
