About the role
- Lead onboarding and configuration of Edge's analytics platform for new customers, ensuring alignment with lending and underwriting workflows
- Interpret complex financial datasets (income, balances, transaction data) and deliver actionable insights to credit, risk, and compliance stakeholders
- Translate technical data concepts into plain language for executives and frontline lending teams
- Conduct configuration testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to identify and escalate bugs, edge cases, and enhancement opportunities
- Create customer-facing guides, onboarding documentation, and best practices
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support pilots, expansions, and strategic accounts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in consumer lending, banking, or fintech, with a strong focus on underwriting, risk analytics, or loan operations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets
- Proven track record in a customer-facing implementation, technical account management, or solutions consultant role
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and work with structured financial data
- Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Python, Postman, and JIRA is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a scaling startup
