The Data Center Solutions Manager supports the Director in developing and executing strategies for behind-the-meter (BTM) or co-located power offerings for data centers, cryptocurrency operations, and power-to-X (P2X) customers.
Originates and develops BTM products, including structuring deals and contributing to or leading preliminary negotiations.
Manages the deal pipeline for leads and existing BTM opportunities, contributing to reliable tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborates closely with Technical Services, Development, Project Finance, Valuations, and Operations teams to evaluate and execute BTM transactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, mathematics, or related discipline required; a graduate degree (MBA, MEng, etc.) or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power, renewable energy, data center, or infrastructure sectors.
Experience in project structuring, due diligence, or capital improvements in energy markets is preferred.
Experience with asset optimization, capital improvements, or operational turnarounds is preferred.
Knowledge of project finance, financial modeling, and spreadsheet analysis, required.
Familiarity with power/renewable markets, including BTM project structures and market/regulatory dynamics.
