About the role
- Provide strong customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
- Resolve customer issues in a firm but courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle multiple customer inquiries and service requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of organization.
- Utilize Service Titan software for customer management and service coordination.
- Establish rapport with customers, treating them like family and ensuring they feel valued.
- Assist with other customer service-related administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in customer service, ideally in the home services industry.
- Proficiency in phone handling, email correspondence, and using Service Titan software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations.
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- High energy, a friendly demeanor, and a customer service mindset.
- Irrigation Knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with irrigation systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in conflict resolution and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
