About the role

  • Provide strong customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues in a firm but courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handle multiple customer inquiries and service requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Utilize Service Titan software for customer management and service coordination.
  • Establish rapport with customers, treating them like family and ensuring they feel valued.
  • Assist with other customer service-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in customer service, ideally in the home services industry.
  • Proficiency in phone handling, email correspondence, and using Service Titan software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • High energy, a friendly demeanor, and a customer service mindset.
  • Irrigation Knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with irrigation systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in conflict resolution and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
