About the role
- Oversee interior apartment renovations from start to finish
- Build scopes of work for each project
- Coordinate closely with project coordinators and subcontractors
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3–5)
- Ensure compliance with condo and co-op alteration agreements
- Maintain project timelines and budgets
- Regularly visit project sites, primarily in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interior design or construction
- Background in interior apartment renovations
- Familiarity with condo and co-op renovation processes and alteration agreements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to oversee all phases of a project independently
- Experience coordinating with project coordinators and subcontractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3–5)
