About the role
- Packaging of manufactured products following established standards.
- Picks and kits raw materials and components for production jobs.
- Performs inventory transactions within the ERP system to issue materials to production.
- Receives purchased materials and verifies accuracy against purchase orders.
- Packages finished goods and materials according to established procedures.
- Coordinates shipping activities with production planning, customer service, and external carriers.
- Maintains accurate inventory records through system transactions, cycle counting, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Ensures compliance with ISO procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable level Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 CFR 120.15.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to learn and utilize ERP or manufacturing systems for inventory and shipping transactions.
- Experience using shipping software systems such as FedEx or similar carrier platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
