About the role
- Handle day‑to‑day operational transactions that keep our production lines and reporting running smoothly.
- Run job movements, issues, and receipts accurately in D365.
- Manage and update sales reports (the ones people actually read).
- Print and prep production orders.
- Process Defective Notes without breaking a sweat.
- Keep digital DGAs organized and up to date.
- Maintain the scrap report so we always know where we stand.
- Protect data integrity and follow internal controls.
- Team up with operations, quality, and sales to solve problems and clear roadblocks.
Requirements
- You've used Microsoft Dynamics 365 before, or you’re comfortable picking it up quickly.
- Detail-oriented — you notice things other people miss.
- You understand how manufacturing or operations work (at least the basics).
- You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping them.
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable with reporting.
- Communicative, organized, and not easily flustered.
- Experience in a production or quality-focused environment.
- A knack for spotting inconsistencies and asking the right questions.
