About the role
- Part of a team moderating content for one of the world’s most popular short-form video platforms
- Ensure Hebrew user-generated content adheres to community guidelines and terms of service
- Review high volumes of videos, comments, and profiles in Hebrew to ensure compliance
- Identify, flag, and escalate content violating policies (hate speech, graphic violence, misinformation, etc.)
- Apply content policies consistently and fairly and take appropriate action on reported content
- Keep up-to-date with evolving community standards and policy updates
- Full-time remote role based in Portugal with paid training provided
Requirements
- C2-level proficiency in Hebrew (written and spoken)
- At least B2 level of English
- Attention to detail
- Resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive or disturbing content
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software, tools, and policy updates
- Must be a resident of Portugal to be considered
- Prior experience not required (paid training provided)
