Technical Project Manager

• Leverage clinical trial expertise to proactively define and document effective project objectives and strategies with clients, partners and colleagues
• Direct project efforts and teams towards successful fulfillment of contractual obligations, oversee consistent compliance with regulatory and operational policies and procedures, mentor junior PMO staff and cultivate productive communication channels among all stakeholders

• Research, write, edit, and maintain product documentation for the elluminate platform, primarily delivered through the elluminate Help Center.
• Create a variety of documentation formats including help articles, user guides, quick reference materials, workflow documentation, video scripts, and instructional content.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and GEL team members throughout the product development lifecycle, while independently exploring the product to understand functionality, workflows, and upcoming enhancements.
• Test and validate documented workflows within the product to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Translate complex product functionality and workflows into clear, concise, task-based documentation that supports multiple user personas.
• Develop documentation that explains feature functionality, practical use cases, and best practices for how workflows support successful product adoption.
• Organize and structure documentation to ensure content is intuitive, searchable, and optimized for AI-assisted knowledge discovery.
• Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and structure across all documentation, adhering to established documentation standards and style guidelines.
• Ensure documentation is updated in alignment with product releases, enhancements, and workflow changes in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Gather feedback from users and internal teams and use documentation analytics to continuously improve content quality while advocating for the user experience.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to support documentation workflows, including research, content structuring, and content optimization.
• Partner with GEL team members, including content developers, technical writers, and training specialists, to develop supporting content such as documentation, visuals, and multimedia.
• Build functional knowledge of elluminate workflows and capabilities to develop subject matter familiarity over time.

Artificial Intelligence

• Design, own, and continuously evolve eClinical Solutions' enterprise AI Governance Framework
• Lead the AI Value Office (AIVO) as the central hub for measuring and tracking AI initiatives
• Serve as the enterprise steward of the existing AI architecture blueprint
• Scale a Center of Automation and AI (CoA+) that serves as the internal knowledge hub for AI best practices
• Serve as the primary program lead for eClinical Solutions' network of department AI Champions

• Own and execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across biotech and pharma using industry connections, inside sales team, internal leads and cross selling across the current team
• Drive large, complex deal pursuits including end to end and functional service provider (FSP) model
• Build and manage pipeline with timely and accurate inputs in CRM(salesforce) to accurately forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including data management, clinical, biometrics, and procurement leader

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks covering UI, API, integration, and performance layers across AWS-based .NET services
• Expand and refactor the existing automated test suite to increase coverage, reliability, and execution speed
• Leverage AI and agentic AI tools to generate, enhance, and maintain automated tests, systematically reducing manual regression testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality gates and support rapid, high-confidence releases
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and partner with engineers to diagnose and resolve defects across distributed systems
• Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure new features are designed with testability, observability, and automation in mind
• Continuously improve test data management, environment configuration, and reproducibility of test runs
• Identify automation gaps and propose improvements that increase release cadence and reduce risk
• Actively participate in architectural discussions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone reviews; partner with Engineering Leads to define scope, technical approach, deliverables, and quality criteria for upcoming releases
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices that elevate quality engineering across the organization
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining complete, traceable documentation in alignment with SOPs and Quality Management System (QMS)
