Engineer

• Support all aspects of clinical study execution, including recruitment, site start-up, enrollment, and follow-up visits at assigned sites.
• Provide hands-on clinical, technical, and educational support at study sites to ensure protocol adherence and high-quality data collection.
• Serve as the field subject matter expert on the WiSE System, training and educating physicians, coordinators, and staff on device use and study procedures.
• Troubleshoot procedural or device-related issues and relay timely feedback to internal teams.
• Develop and refine processes that improve site efficiency and streamline study-related activities.
• Contribute to educational content, investigator meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives by sharing clinical insights and market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with clinical study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff, acting as a trusted liaison between clinical sites and EBR Systems’ clinical, regulatory, and R&D teams on site feedback and product insights.
• Provide engineering, education and clinical support in response to field inquiries on as-needed basis.
• Support clinical monitoring and data collection activities at assigned sites, including data quality efforts and query resolution.
• Mentor and onboard new FCE team members; may serve as regional lead coordinating site coverage schedules and acting as first escalation point.
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Quality, and Regulatory teams to align site activities with broader study goals.
• Participate in site initiation visits, mock implants, and readiness assessments; represent company at scientific meetings and congresses.

Field Clinical Engineer

Account Manager

• Drive sales growth within an assigned territory, developing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets
• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
• Identify and engage new business opportunities and present and demonstrate products to physicians and hospital personnel
• Conduct clinical in-services, training sessions, and deliver product education to healthcare professionals
• Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to senior sales/management team
• Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers and healthcare providers and address customer inquiries
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic territory planning and account segmentation
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, clinical evidence, and appropriate patient selection criteria
• Partner with marketing, product management, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely product availability
• Accurately document and analyze sales activities, pipeline status, and account information in CRM systems; generate regular performance reports and forecasts
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and healthcare facility requirements; secure and maintain vendor credentials
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities and perform other duties as assigned; act as primary liaison between the company and its customers to improve patient outcomes

Territory Manager

Sales

• Recruit, hire, train, develop and manage US field representatives
• Actively coach direct reports to meet annual objectives through development of business skills, product knowledge and market intelligence
• Lead region’s opportunity development and forecast management strategies and activities for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual projections
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive clinical and commercial business strategy
• Plan and execute activities to communicate expectations, stimulate information exchange and facilitate skills transfer
• Responsible for meeting forecasting, trial enrollment, and future revenue objectives while managing expenses for region
• Develop and implement talent development initiatives to optimize team productivity and bench development
• Identify and own strategy and customer relationship development at key regional customers and integrated delivery networks
• Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including key opinion leaders and major medical associations and academic centers
• Conduct and evaluate market research including customers and competitors’ activities
• Develop and implement market development plans/strategies and adjust as needed
• Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products or modifications and communicate to R&D, Operations and Marketing
• Adhere to periodic reporting analyzing business performance
