About the role

  • Review and assess listings, seller behavior, and marketplace signals to accurately identify counterfeit risk within Luxury categories
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve counterfeit-related knowledge resources, guidelines, and training materials
  • Provide expert insights and real-world examples to improve model prompts, detection logic, and decision frameworks
  • Analyze counterfeit patterns, emerging risks, and enforcement outcomes to inform proactive mitigation strategies
  • Partner closely with Legal, Brand Relations, Risk, Business, and GCX Operations teams to align on assessments and implement timely mitigation actions
  • Support investigations, blocking issues, and enforcement actions
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and defensibility in counterfeit determinations and documentation
  • Identify gaps in processes, tools, and knowledge and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand protection, intellectual property enforcement, trust & safety, compliance, risk, investigations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of counterfeit risks, intellectual property rights, and marketplace enforcement models
  • Deep understanding of branded attributes in the Luxury and Fashion space, including brand markers, materials, construction, labeling, and authentication signals used to detect counterfeit risk
  • Demonstrated ability to apply policy and knowledge frameworks to real-world marketplace data
  • Experience contributing to knowledge bases, training materials, or operational guidance
  • Analytical attitude with strong attention to detail and solid judgment
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across legal, technical, and business partners
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
