About the role
- Review and assess listings, seller behavior, and marketplace signals to accurately identify counterfeit risk within the Apparel category
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve counterfeit-related knowledge resources, guidelines, and training materials
- Provide expert insights and real-world examples to improve model prompts, detection logic, and decision frameworks
- Analyze counterfeit patterns, emerging risks, and enforcement outcomes to inform proactive mitigation strategies
- Partner closely with Legal, Brand Relations, Risk, Business, and GCX Operations teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand protection, intellectual property enforcement, trust & safety, compliance, risk, investigations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of counterfeit risks, intellectual property rights, and marketplace enforcement models
- Deep understanding of branded attributes in the Apparel and Fashion space
- Demonstrated ability to apply policy and knowledge frameworks to real-world marketplace data
- Analytical attitude with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across legal, technical, and business stakeholders
