About the role
- Lead technology audit projects from initiation through reporting
- Build, complete, and/or coordinate testing of complex controls
- Develop and communicate audit findings clearly and concisely
- Find opportunities to improve how key controls are built and their efficiency
- Apply judgment to give an overall view of the control environment
- Present results to senior leaders
- Deliver audit assignments on time
- Provide informal training and mentoring to team members
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Internal Audit operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business IT or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading and performing technology audits
- Solid understanding of technical procedures, information security standards, and business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive, collaborative management style
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- CISA preferred; other relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC) a plus
