Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
15+ years in engineering and leadership, with experience in managing multiple teams
Strong architectural skills with scalable, loosely coupled systems
Proven success in migrating monoliths to microservices
Full-stack development experience across modern stacks
Expertise in Team Topologies and sociotechnical systems thinking
Experience in flow optimization using DORA and SPACE metrics
Dynamic reteaming experience to adapt to priorities
Experience leading large engineering organizations, managing ambiguity, and aligning efforts with business goals
Proficient in Federated GraphQL to drive efficient architectures with data fetching across multiple services
Strong understanding and implementation of Agile and Lean principles to foster continuous improvement and iterative development processes
Experience in managing remote and distributed teams, with the ability to effectively harness global talent while managing cultural and timezone differences
Experience with AI/Machine Learning solutions, capable of integrating AI/ML to enhance service platform capabilities and optimize user experiences without requiring advanced expertise.
