Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
  • 15+ years in engineering and leadership, with experience in managing multiple teams
  • Strong architectural skills with scalable, loosely coupled systems
  • Proven success in migrating monoliths to microservices
  • Full-stack development experience across modern stacks
  • Expertise in Team Topologies and sociotechnical systems thinking
  • Experience in flow optimization using DORA and SPACE metrics
  • Dynamic reteaming experience to adapt to priorities
  • Experience leading large engineering organizations, managing ambiguity, and aligning efforts with business goals
  • Proficient in Federated GraphQL to drive efficient architectures with data fetching across multiple services
  • Strong understanding and implementation of Agile and Lean principles to foster continuous improvement and iterative development processes
  • Experience in managing remote and distributed teams, with the ability to effectively harness global talent while managing cultural and timezone differences
  • Experience with AI/Machine Learning solutions, capable of integrating AI/ML to enhance service platform capabilities and optimize user experiences without requiring advanced expertise.
