• Identification and outreach to potential B2B customers (e.g., IT managers, CIOs, heads of digital transformation).
• Initiate first contact via digital channels such as email, LinkedIn, phone, or at industry events.
• Qualify leads based on technical requirements and business needs.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs in a structured manner.
• Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and optimize the lead-nurturing process.
• Document, maintain, and analyze customer and sales data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ongoing market monitoring and competitive analysis within the IT environment.

• Identify and capitalize on displacement opportunities
• Build and articulate compelling, ROI-driven business cases tailored to each prospect's environment
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances
• Accurately forecast pipeline and bookings
• Consistently meet or exceed quota for new logo ACV bookings
• Represent EasyVista at industry events, webinars, and regional field marketing activities as needed
