Project Manager

• Within the Service Operations department, you will be responsible for managing and steering strategic projects related to technological transformation and the optimization of our Cloud and Datacenter environments.
• Full lifecycle IT project management: scoping, planning, execution, deliverable tracking, and reporting.
• Management of complex projects: Cloud migrations, AI integration, automation, security, scalability, and performance.
• Cross-functional coordination: close collaboration with Cloud Ops, DevOps, R&D, Security, Customer Success, Support, and CSM teams.
• Monitoring and governance: defining key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing dashboards, leading project steering committees, and managing risks.
• Client-facing interface: managing strategic client projects, regular reporting, support, and post-deployment follow-up.
• Continuous improvement: capturing lessons learned and contributing to the evolution of internal best practices.

• Own the product backlog: define, prioritize, and continuously refine the backlog
• Translate vision into action: break down high-level roadmap objectives into actionable user stories
• Collaborate with development: partner with engineering teams, QA, and UX to drive sprint delivery
• Drive Agile execution: lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review ceremonies
• Engage customers and stakeholders: act as a trusted point of contact for customers and stakeholders
• Ensure product quality: validate that features meet functional expectations before release
