Product Manager

• Owning the activation, retention, and monetization for Easyship’s SMB merchant base
• Supporting roadmaps that maximize business opportunities and align with Easyship's strategic goals.
• Leveraging ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize your roadmap
• Managing delivery of features from idea to release, and measuring their success
• Working collaboratively with global teams in various functional areas such as design, data analytics, engineering, logistics, warehouse operations and support to deliver quality products
• Gaining a deep understanding of our warehouse operations, their needs, and improving efficiency ultimately supporting profitability outcomes
• Staying informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to help Easyship maintain a competitive edge
• This is not a feature PM role. There's no stable roadmap someone hands you. You define problems, find levers, ship fast, and measure what matters.
• Collaborate with Product Managers from various departments to shape their roadmaps, driving improvements in growth and retention metrics

Senior Product Manager, SMB Growth

• Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for shipping insurance products, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business profitability goals
• Design and implement engagement mechanisms, growth strategies, and monetization frameworks to systematically increase ACV and LTV
• Partner with users and leverage data analytics to understand explicit and latent needs in the shipping insurance space, identifying opportunities for new product development
• Collaborate with high-performing engineering, marketing, and business development teams to ensure scalable product delivery that drives both user satisfaction and commercial success
• Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics including monetization, user engagement, retention rates, and product adoption, integrating behavioral data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Make data-driven decisions across multiple domains—from product features to pricing strategies to user acquisition—that optimize both user experience and business outcomes
• Author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex B2B and B2C features, ensuring clear communication of user needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with team members, fostering a culture of user-centricity, innovation, and commercial excellence in the Personal products vertical

Senior Product Manager, Insurance

Account Executive

• Owning the full sales cycle for your accounts, from qualification and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced outbound prospecting.
• Running consultative discovery to understand each merchant's shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment needs, and mapping Easyship's solution to them.
• Delivering compelling product demos and ROI-based business cases that move deals forward.
• Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals to consistently hit and exceed quota.
• Working collaboratively with global teams across sales engineering, onboarding, and customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer start.
• Keeping CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene accurate and up to date.
• Staying informed about market dynamics and competitor activity to help Easyship maintain a competitive edge.
