Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of high-value accounts, fostering trust and building long-term relationships while managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their needs, strategic objectives, long term business goals and aligning them with Easyship solutions.
• Proactively engage with customers to track progress, deliver success reviews, and demonstrate value, while identifying and mitigating risks of churn.
• Anticipate customer challenges and provide solutions collaborating closely with Support, Operations, and Product teams to ensure success.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities leading commercial discussions for upsells and renewals, and partnering with Sales to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor account health by tracking key success metrics such as Health Score, NPS, NRR, and CSAT, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Drive process improvement identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements that enhance team productivity and the customer journey.

Senior Customer Success Manager

• Own the daily health and performance of key global carrier partnerships (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of carrier partners to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Serve as main point of contact for resolving daily operational issues and inquiries.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned carriers; identify and report on trends or problems.
• Act as bridge between internal teams and carrier partners to ensure technical solutions are stable and aligned with the merchant journey.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for carrier workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Support projects aimed at improving carrier performance, documentation, and internal tools.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Cloud Composer (Airflow), Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions
• Optimize and manage the data warehouse in BigQuery, ensuring data integrity and performance
• Implement complex data transformations and modeling using Dataform (DBT)
• Contribute to development of infrastructure for building data services and APIs
• Implement and maintain data quality checks and monitoring processes

AI Automation Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage all customer and courier facing financial transactions and ensure billing and accounting for customer and courier accounts are accurate and processed in a timely manner
• Undertake detailed work on transforming significant amounts of complex data to precise formatting, ensuring no loss of data integrity
• Perform deep dive analysis on high quantities of data and provide key findings to the team in a clear and concise manner

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle for new and existing features.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide meaningful feedback.
• Design, write, and maintain detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate manual testing activities.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly using bug-tracking tools.
• Conduct comprehensive regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Work with marketing, sales and product teams to help make data-driven pricing decisions and improve business performance
• Work with stakeholders to clarify and understand problems and business objectives
• Extract relevant data points from various data sets
• Analyze and identify statistically significant trends or insights to drive improvements
