Track partner-sourced and influenced pipeline performance; standardize handoffs between Partnerships, Sales, and CS to maximize joint revenue.

Create standardized renewal and expansion playbooks that drive consistent execution across segments.
Improve account health scoring and deploy churn prediction models integrated into GTM reporting.
Operationalize product usage and adoption data into revenue signals that guide CS-led expansion and upsell plays.
Deploy AI-driven insights that surface expansion opportunities and at-risk accounts in real time.
Requirements
7–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Business Ops within high-growth B2B SaaS, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
Proven success supporting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
You know how to turn complex metrics (CAC, LTV, NRR, GRR, pipeline velocity, win rates) into clear insights that shape strategy.
Trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering; skilled at building alignment and driving execution.
Direct experience managing RevOps ICs and contractors; you coach for ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
