About the role
- Manage inbound lead flow effectively to convert into qualified sales pipeline by multithreading additional contacts to join the first meeting.
- Build a target account strategy to pinpoint ideal customers using firmographic data, intent signals, and key personas. Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences that speak to each prospect’s industry, pain points, and priorities. Consistent follow-up, leveraging warm intros, thought leadership content, and strategic use of executive alignment helps open doors
- Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Build an understanding of the EasyLlama product
- Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals
- Practice accurate pipeline management with excellent forecasting
- Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success to ensure effective communication of issues and smooth onboarding
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B software sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Take ownership of your assigned territory
- Internally motivated and aspirational
- Highly organized and excellent at time management
- Ensure that deliverables and inquiry turnaround times are met
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different characters and situations
