About the role
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Support onboarding (offers, visas, first-day setup)
- Assist with offboarding processes
- Respond to employee HR queries
- Liaise with external vendors
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour laws
- Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation
- Help coordinate events, training, and travel
Requirements
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Ability to work independently
- HR experience in the UAE (nice to have)
- Familiarity with DMCC freezone regulations (nice to have)
