About the role

  • Developing, managing, and deepening relationships with existing customers while proactively prospecting new opportunities.
  • Uncovering client deposit and treasury management needs, providing tailored recommendations, and driving sales results.
  • Delivering proposals, presenting pricing, and conducting regular reviews, ensuring that client relationships are strengthened and expanded.
  • Collaborating with internal partners is essential to achieve growth, streamline processes, and contribute to a team-driven sales culture.
  • Calling on prospective clients to uncover Deposit & Treasury Service needs.
  • Presenting recommendations to prospects and obtaining necessary documentation to establish new products.
  • Collaborating with other Business Lines to ensure smooth implementation and transition of clients.
  • Recommending product enhancements and new services while focusing on the needs of the prospects.

Requirements

  • 8+ years banking experience including at least five years in Business Banking, Commercial Banking or Treasury Sales and customer service
  • College degree or equivalent combination of training and business experience required
  • Extensive Treasury Sales and Deposit Product knowledge.
  • Must have a basic understanding of commercial businesses and banking.
  • Strong sales skills in a fast pace environment.
  • Must be resourceful and able to search out answers and solutions to complex problems and issues.
  • Technologically proficient.
