About the role

  • supporting the Council to provide a better service to the people of East Sussex
  • first point of contact with parents/carers, students, agencies, schools and staff
  • ensuring the first impression given is of the highest standard
  • providing high level administrative support to our Assessment and Planning Team who support children and young people with Special Educational Needs, and their families, in East Sussex
  • organisational skills, accurate minute taking skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and MS Office skills
