About the role
- Responsible for hiring new staff and building a team that can achieve consistent high levels of service.
- Take the service to the next stage that will see the implementation of the new Mental Health Act as well as support our current redesign.
- Support working with all stakeholders with our continual improvements.
Requirements
- Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualified or able to demonstrate a willingness to undertake the training
- Experience of supervising Adult Social Care professionals or the potential to do so, for example development work in a health or social care setting
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working collectively with colleagues, both internal and external.
- A commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice.
