About the role
- Lead, influence and shape the development of commissioning policy and approaches in adult social care
- Work closely with commissioning, procurement, operational and provider colleagues to ensure a consistent strategic approach to commissioning
- Ensure the principles of co-production and inclusion are central to commissioning approaches and activity across our Strategy, Commissioning and Supply Management division
- Responsible for key publications such as adult social care market position statements and strategic commissioning framework
