About the role
- Develop and maintain predictive models to assess risk and forecast customer demand, informing pricing strategies across insurance products.
- Guide pricing strategies using advanced analytics and actuarial techniques; align analytics with business goals.
- Communicate complex technical results clearly to executive audiences to drive adoption of data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrate Earnix software functionality and train new users to support onboarding and maximize platform value.
- Integrate models into real-time pricing and personalization workflows within the Earnix platform.
- Build trusted client relationships and deliver actionable insights across multiple lines of business.
- Collaborate across teams, mentor others, and contribute to elevating the organization’s analytical capability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on analytics, actuarial modeling, and predictive techniques.
- Experience with machine learning methods and statistical modeling to enhance the accuracy and performance of risk and pricing models.
- Programming proficiency in Python and R for building, validating, and deploying analytical solutions.
- Experience integrating models into Earnix’s intelligent decisioning platform and real-time pricing/personalization workflows.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence to translate complex technical results for senior leadership.
- Client-facing consulting experience, building trusted client relationships and influencing decision-making.
- Experience mentoring, collaborating across teams, and sharing knowledge to elevate analytical capability.
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay curious, and work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
