About the role

Build and optimize no-code workflows using tools like Zapier, SmartSuite, Airtable, ClickUp, and other cloud-based platforms
Design and deploy automation workflows to enhance business efficiency
Use APIs and webhooks to extend system capabilities and build seamless integrations between tools
Lead system builds and provide hands-on, client-facing implementation and support
Deliver training sessions and resources to help clients understand and adopt the systems you build
Debug issues, improve performance, and proactively ensure workflows are robust
Create clear documentation and recommendations for processes and technical workflows
Build trust with clients by proactively communicating and responding to support needs

2–3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consulting, systems, automation, RevOps, or operations)
Strong experience building workflows with Zapier
Practical experience working with SmartSuite, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar no-code platforms
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting integrations
Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and Zapier AI Agent features
Strong communication and writing skills for documentation and client interaction
Ability to train both technical and non-technical users
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, QuickBooks, Make, Miro, ActiveCampaign
Bonus: Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Regex
Bonus: Background in process mapping, workflow design, or business analysis
Bonus: Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp
