About the role
- Establish Behavox's Business Intelligence function from the ground up as a founding BI Engineer
- Responsible for the full spectrum of BI delivery from extracting data from source systems to delivering insights through interactive dashboards
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions and pipelines
- Write production-quality SQL and Python code and drive towards data quality and reliability
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate within small, cross-functional teams
- Adopt AI-first development tools to accelerate development and focus on architecture and business logic
Requirements
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines from multiple source systems
- Experience creating business dashboards that drove decision-making
- Experience working in collaborative, small team environments
- Demonstrated learning agility with new technologies
- Ability to write production-quality SQL and Python code
