About the role
- Provides strategic leadership, oversight, and implementation of EAH’s health and housing initiatives
- Bridges affordable housing and healthcare systems
- Ensures compliance, innovation, and scalability in delivering housing-based supportive services
- Collaborates with Directors to align health initiatives and operational systems
- Leads development and management of scopes of work and agreements
- Represents EAH in health-housing collaboratives
- Integrates Community Health Worker roles within Resident Services
Requirements
- Degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration, human services, public policy, or related field
- 5 - 10 years progressive experience in affordable housing, healthcare programs, public health, social services, or integrated community-based service delivery
- 4 years of supervisory experience
- Must be a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) or be able to complete the certification within first 90 days of hire
- Must have valid driver’s license and DMV clearance
- Must have ready access to reliable vehicle and maintain own auto insurance in accordance with EAH minimum requirements
