💰 $105,000 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- Manages and performs various accounting activities including developing, implementing and maintaining accounting systems
- Compiles, analyzes and reports accounting data for management reports
- Supervising Accounting Department staff
- Develops and implements accounting systems, policies and procedures
- Ensures adherence to financial controls
- Manages financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit management information
- Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports
- Manages monthly accounting close cycle and finalizes month-end financial statements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of related experience, preferably in a non-profit affordable housing environment
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Computer proficiency skills in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
