About the role
- Identify and evaluate potentially viable opportunities for acquisition
- Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions
- Analyze property financial statements, rent rolls, budgets and historical performance
- Prepare and present acquisition summaries and risk assessments to senior leadership
- Monitor key performance dates under agreements once a site is under contract
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, real estate development, real estate management, finance, planning, or construction management
- 3-5 years of related work or field work experience in property management, affordable housing, and/or acquisition of property management contracts
- Criminal background check requirements
- Drug testing requirement (not testing for marijuana/cannabis)
