About the role
- Execute recruiting strategies to deliver technical infrastructure talent for fiber data centers, security, audio/visual and structured cabling roles.
- Identify qualified low-voltage talent and negotiate compensation, benefits, and terms of employment.
- Source applicants via social media, job boards, research, and referrals.
- Review resumes and qualifications to determine candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend offers of employment within company procedures.
- Promote company core values and follow safe work practices.
- Travel as required by the role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, associate, or bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years structured cabling recruiting experience required
- 2+ years experience in candidate sourcing solutions.
- Staffing agency recruiting experience preferred.
- Good work habits under pressure.
- High energy level.
- Detail oriented.
- Able and willing to travel as required by E2
