  • Point of contact at the IT Walk-in Center at the Munich site for IT inquiries and incidents
  • Support for additional Walk-in Centers and occasional travel to other sites
  • Interface between external service providers, internal product teams and employees

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT support
  • Broad IT knowledge and a hands-on mentality

  • Solid understanding of processes and opportunities for optimization
