About the role
- Point of contact at the IT Walk-in Center at the Munich site for IT inquiries and incidents
- Support for additional Walk-in Centers and occasional travel to other sites
- Interface between external service providers, internal product teams and employees
- Handling of incidents and service requests and occasional maintenance of IT equipment
- Identification and delivery of practical training for IT end users
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT support
- Broad IT knowledge and a hands-on mentality
- Experience with common workplace technologies (Windows 11, macOS, iOS)
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
- Solid understanding of processes and opportunities for optimization
