Mechanical Engineer

• You are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing investment and maintenance projects for E.DIS Netz’s medium-voltage/low-voltage and gas networks (focus on gas).
• You perform network calculations and determine network construction measures and connection variants, taking into account system concepts and target network planning.
• You also support the operation and maintenance of gas networks and associated facilities, including documentation and record-keeping, and you coordinate switching operations and commissioning.
• You are responsible for negotiations and coordination with authorities, customers and third parties in matters of land-sharing and compensation.
• You handle fault and incident investigations as well as complaint management and participate in on-call duty.
• You assist in developing company standards and guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and operational regulations and quality standards.
