About the role

  • Point of contact at the IT Walk-in Center in Hanover or Hamburg for IT inquiries and incidents
  • Support for additional Walk-in Centers and occasional travel to other locations
  • Act as a liaison between external service providers, internal product teams, and employees
  • Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with the IT team to optimize products
  • Handle incidents and service requests
  • Design and deliver practical training for IT end users

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT support
  • Structured, goal-oriented working style
  • Broad IT knowledge and a hands-on mentality
  • Experience with standard workplace technologies (Windows 11, macOS, iOS)
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
  • Solid understanding of processes with the ability to identify and implement optimization potential
  • Team player with enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Fluent German and English skills
