About the role
- Point of contact at the IT Walk-in Center in Hanover or Hamburg for IT inquiries and incidents
- Support for additional Walk-in Centers and occasional travel to other locations
- Act as a liaison between external service providers, internal product teams, and employees
- Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize products
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Design and deliver practical training for IT end users
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT support
- Structured, goal-oriented working style
- Broad IT knowledge and a hands-on mentality
- Experience with standard workplace technologies (Windows 11, macOS, iOS)
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of processes with the ability to identify and implement optimization potential
- Team player with enthusiasm for new technologies
- Fluent German and English skills
