About the role
- Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across the e.l.f. Beauty brand portfolio.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, Sales, and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging.
- Own and manage campaign planning and marketing calendars, aligning key launches, brand moments, and cross-brand initiatives.
- Develop and lead creative briefs, ensuring clarity of objectives, messaging, and deliverables for internal teams and agency partners.
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (including agencies and creators) to deliver best-in-class, culturally relevant campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate consumer, community, and channel insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations.
- Ensure brand consistency while tailoring messaging appropriately across multiple brands and target audiences.
- Identify and support brand partnership and collaboration opportunities that elevate awareness and cultural relevance.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
- Continuously bring forward innovative, disruptive marketing ideas that push boundaries and drive engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel, 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencer, ecommerce, and retail
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry (experience across multiple categories—color cosmetics, skincare, wellness—is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, or product lines simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus
