Support the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels
Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Project Management, Finance, Sales and Brand teams
Develop and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans aligned to demand forecasts
Monitor inventory levels across finished goods and components
Execute replenishment planning to support service level targets
Identify supply risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
Create and manage purchase orders and production schedules
Track production status and escalate delays or constraints
Coordinate inbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers
Create and maintain accurate item master data

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
2+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, or related supply chain role
Experience in CPG, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred
Understanding of inbound logistics and inventory flow processes
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple SKUs and priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
