About the role
- Partner with agency and internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful paid media strategies
- Own day-to-day paid media execution and optimization
- Ensure media investments drive measurable ROI and support key business objectives
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Commerce, International, and Finance partners
- Help bring campaigns to life across digital and retail ecosystems
- Continuously identify opportunities to elevate performance and scale impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of paid media experience, with agency background required.
- Proven experience across Affiliate, Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, and Display channels.
- Experience working with retail media partners such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, Roundel, Walmart Connect, and similar platforms.
- Hands-on planning and execution experience across major platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit, OOH, and TV.
- Strong digital media background including SEM, Social Commerce (TikTok Shop, Affiliate), and Retail Media advertising.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business insights.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong creative judgment with attention to brand consistency and campaign quality.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort sharing performance insights with large and cross-functional audiences.
- Highly collaborative team player who contributes to shared learning and continuous improvement.
- Innovative, forward-thinking approach with a passion for testing new ideas and driving growth.
