About the role
- Drive and execute E&C’s outbound and inbound growth strategy across the North American energy market
- Build, manage and convert a robust sales pipeline - managing the full sales cycle
- Analyzing trends, opportunities, and competitors within the energy risk management
- Identify target segments, priority accounts, and growth opportunities
- Representing E&C Consultants at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Energy industry experience and market knowledge (required)
- Senior B2B sales experience: ideally 5–10+ years of experience
- Track Record of driving business growth, securing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Communication & influence with C-level stakeholders
- Strategic & autonomous mindset: comfortable operating independently
- Willingness to travel as needed
