  • Drive and execute E&C’s outbound and inbound growth strategy across the North American energy market
  • Build, manage and convert a robust sales pipeline - managing the full sales cycle
  • Analyzing trends, opportunities, and competitors within the energy risk management
  • Identify target segments, priority accounts, and growth opportunities
  • Representing E&C Consultants at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Energy industry experience and market knowledge (required)
  • Senior B2B sales experience: ideally 5–10+ years of experience
  • Track Record of driving business growth, securing deals, and achieving sales targets
  • Communication & influence with C-level stakeholders
  • Strategic & autonomous mindset: comfortable operating independently
  • Willingness to travel as needed
