About the role
- Support planning and execution of ServiceNow implementation projects
- Assist in managing project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and functional stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reporting
- Track implementation milestones and financials
- Ensure documentation is completed (RAID logs, project plans, status reports)
- Support change management and user adoption activities
- Escalate issues proactively to senior leadership when required
Requirements
- 2–5 years of project coordination or junior PM experience
- Hands-on involvement in at least 1–2 ServiceNow implementation projects
- Understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SPM, Finance-related workflows)
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
