About the role
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Configure and develop Finance-related solutions within: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Financial Planning & Investment Funding modules
- Develop custom applications and scoped apps using ServiceNow App Engine
- Build workflows, Flow Designer automations, and integrations
- Create and optimize: Business Rules Script Include Client Scripts UI Policies Data Models
- Support integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers
- Ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability
Requirements
- 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
- Proven implementation experience (not just support/enhancements)
- Strong background in: Finance module / SPM (highly preferred)
- Custom application development
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
- Strong understanding of platform architecture
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
