About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system and provide accurate forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and online channels to promote the brand.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Establish and expand the company’s presence in the UK by identifying market opportunities.
- Analyze and adapt the company’s offerings to meet the needs of the UK market.
- Ensure compliance with the local regulatory landscape and market expectations.
- Identify potential strategic partners across relevant sectors.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships.
- Support the early phases of M&A activity, including market research and due diligence.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in Business Development or Sales roles
- Understanding of the local UK market and customer dynamics.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, tech, consulting, and others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
