About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms (cloud and on-premises).
  • Define and govern integration architecture, patterns, and best practices.
  • Provide expertise on ServiceNow data models, APIs, Integration Hub, and ETL/data pipeline approaches.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across connected systems.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues.
  • Guide and mentor technical teams on ServiceNow integration standards and practices.
  • Stay updated on new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect/Lead with ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data structures, and APIs (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise with enterprise integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
  • Experience with data governance, transformation, and migration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and reliable integration solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
