About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and Smart Recruiters using Workday Studio, APIs, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure integrations are secure, efficient, and compliant with data governance policies.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and post-implementation phases.
  • Document integration design, configuration, and support procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Workday Integration frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of API-based integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • Previous experience integrating Workday with third-party recruiting or HR systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, Taleo) preferred.
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
