Account Manager

• Own and deliver expansion (upsell and cross-sell) revenue targets across the installed existing customer base
• Develop and execute a scalable expansion strategy aligned to company growth objectives
• Segment the customer base to drive targeted expansion motions
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build repeatable playbooks to capture them
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of cross-sell and upsell Account Executives
• Manage pipeline health, deal execution, and accurate forecasting for expansion revenue
• Drive disciplined sales execution across complex dealer group buying environments
• Partner closely with Customer Success to align on account strategy and renewal timing
• Design and optimize expansion sales processes that integrate seamlessly with new business and renewals

Director, Account Management

Sales

• Drive Regional Growth: Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across South Texas & Louisiana, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
• Full Sales Ownership: Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and close, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner sales.
• Territory Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data, local market insights, and dealership relationships. Leverage mapping and planning tools to maximize in-market efficiency and impact.
• Dealer Engagement: Engage directly with dealership decision-makers, conducting multiple in-person visits, and holding qualified meetings daily to uncover opportunities and present tailored Dynatron solutions.
• Pipeline & CRM Excellence: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management using SugarCRM. Ensure all activities, opportunities, and communications are accurately documented.
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align strategies, share insights, and execute go-to-market initiatives. Participate in weekly team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing Allego training sessions to continuously sharpen your skills.
