About the role
- Market & Buyer Intelligence: Develop deep expertise in our buyers, including who they are, how they buy, and the criteria that drive purchasing decisions.
- Positioning & Messaging: Own product positioning and messaging in partnership with Product Management and Corporate Marketing.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including positioning, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Lead go-to-market planning for new products and major releases, managing cross-functional execution.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales channels with training, tools, and content that clearly communicate the problems we solve and how to sell our solutions.
- Measurement & Optimization: Assess the effectiveness of product marketing programs and launches, using data to inform improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS, and at least one year marketing a solution platform or suite of products
- Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive growth
- Strong presentation and writing skills, with comfort presenting to senior audiences
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness, win rates, and ROI
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), project management tools (Asana, Notion, Jira), and analytics or competitive intelligence tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Pragmatic Marketing or PMA certification required
