Responsible to oversee and lead all program operations
Oversee delivery of non-medical recovery care coordination services for wounded, ill, and injured Airmen/Guardians, veterans, and their families/caregivers, ensuring compliance with DoD, AF, and AFW2 policies and standards
Direct the development, execution, and monitoring of Comprehensive Recovery Plans (CRPs), ensuring seamless coordination across medical, non-medical, interagency, and community resources
Manage and support RCC/TCC staff in case management, transition support, emergency family travel, outreach, mentorship, resiliency programs, and other AFW2 initiatives
Lead program operations including training, reporting, performance metrics, quality assurance, and compliance with congressional and DoD requirements
Serve as the primary liaison with Air Force leadership, care teams, and external agencies to identify best practices, resolve challenges, and ensure continuity of care and program excellence
Responsible for the overall performance of the work under this TO and oversight and guidance for all contracting personnel, performance of work, TO compliance and quality control on a full-time basis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree or higher (preferred)
Must have leadership experience managing at the General Officer command level or equivalent
Must have a minimum of two years’ experience with Government contracting
PMP certification is a plus but not required
Ability to manage daily operations, plan and execute all activities within this program
