Perform direct care and supervisory duties as a Behavioral Consultant
Conduct client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
Collaborate with clients (ages 2-21), their families, and other service providers
Develop the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) focused on child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths and opportunities for improvement
Use preference assessments, reinforcement, and other rehabilitative strategies prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the ITP
Requirements
Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
At least one of: PA Behavior Specialist license; OR Certified as BCBA or other graduate level certification in Behavior Analysis; OR Graduate degree in ABA; OR Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling
Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to kids/youth/young adults
OR Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling AND completion of a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
Experience working with clients ages 2-21 and families
Ability to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) and implement behavior interventions
Ability to collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, families, and other service providers
