- Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions and technical support
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
- Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with the team to meet project objectives, actively participating in code reviews and design discussions
- Assist in the documentation of software requirements and specifications, striving for clear and effective communication

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) is required
- 1-2 years of relevant Mainframe application developer experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in 1 or more software programming languages: CICS and/or Cobol
- Development methodologies experience: Waterfall and/or Agile
- Coding and debugging skills are required
- Good technical and analytical skill
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
